The segmenting and blending sounds literacy center activities are a great way to engage your students while building their reading foundational skills. The hands on segmenting and blending word work practice will help students break apart sounds in unknown words to help them learn to read. Each segmented word card also has a matching picture card for the students to find. These activities can also be used for word work during guided reading.
